TrustedFor careers

Who are 3 most important people whose professional trust you have?

This is the question recruiters can send to applicants early in the recruitment process to better know who to invite for an interview. TrustedFor is a tool for applicants to give and receive public "trust tags" thus creating a trust profile that can be submitted back to the recruiter. TrustedFor profile can contain trust tags from only up to 4 persons.

Professionals who are interested in best hiring practices are stressing the importance of external, reference-type of information in hiring process.

First experimental version of TrustedFor is ready. Next milestone is to onboard several recruiters on the trial (experiment) to evaluate how much value they get and what is missing. More about experiment here: trustedfor.com/en/experiment
