We help people by breaking cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) down into quick lessons and exercises, which are accessed through our app. We are available for both Android and iPhone.

TruReach is not a replacement for therapy, but it is useful for anyone who wants to work on their mental wellness, especially people who aren't ready for therapy or who can't get access to therapy.

We are available to the public (just search for "TruReach" in the app store) and we also serve large organizations.
