Trula careers

Trula's mission is to empower students to discover themselves and thrive, wherever they are. We partner with State governments and Institutions of Higher Ed to provide students seeking support and guidance with a broad network of trained and qualified on-demand peer coaches, regardless of location.

Our coaches utilize a goal-oriented approach to help students increase self-awareness, tap into motivation, overcome challenges, maximize potential, and enhance their well-being. It's about recognizing strengths and building confidence as students reach one goal at a time.

We provide our partner institutions with data, reports, and insights on their student body, which in turn, help them identify and close gaps on their campus and make better-informed decisions on student retention, student wellness, and academic success.
