True Diversity started during the pandemic and we quickly decided we wanted to be a fully remote company. It was the first time I walked away from the interview process feeling inspired by everyone I spoke with and now that we have been a team for over 4 months I feel gratitude for being able to work and collaborate with people I feel immense respect for.
