Build internal tools and admin panels: ship features that reduce manual work, prevent errors, and speed up decisions across the company (think: ticket triage dashboards, workflow automations, metrics dashboards etc.).
Manage and maintain Trovy's compliance management system, including policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory risk frameworks across our lending and card programs
Serve as a subject matter expert on federal consumer financial law, including TILA/Regulation Z, RESPA, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA, HMDA, and HOEPA
Serve as Trovy's primary legal resource on federal consumer financial law, including TILA/Regulation Z, RESPA, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA, HMDA, and HOEPA
Advise on state mortgage and lending law across a 26-state licensing footprint, including open-end credit, homestead, and right of rescission requirements
