Culture and benefits at Treenada

Culture overview

We see that the culture of Treenada as the incubator for everything that our organization does. Culture dictates the people that we hire, how we train, and how we function as a team. If our Mission Statement gives us our destination on the journey then Culture dictates who gets to be along for that journey. The building blocks for our culture are our five core values: honor, transparency, vulnerability, and tenacity. We look for stakeholders—which includes business partnership, staff, and customers—who appreciate and embody these values. However, we understand that it is our job to continue to cultivate the culture in order for our values to grow. How we cultivate our culture is through communication, affirmation, and evaluation. We must first communicate—verbally, written, and visually—the culture in order for it to be instilled deep into each stakeholder. It is important that every internal meeting has reserved a portion of the meeting devoted to communicated our mission and culture. Second, we must acknowledge the moments where our values are being played-out on a daily basis. Each team must develop an affirmation strategy that works for their team. Lastly, our culture must be on display in our offices, website, and all promotional material so that all our stakeholders understand why they have been chosen to be a part of this journey.
