Staff are offered their choice of Mac or PC hardware, dual 23″ monitors, and all the RAM we can afford to cram in the machine. Devs get individual offices, so when they need to, they can close the door – and just … think, three weeks holidays, free snacks, drinks all the time, and on Friday’s a free lunch too.
