Traverz was founded in 2018 to deliver on a mission to ‘humanise online product search’ and help the consumer make better choices. Currently, searching for products in e-commerce platforms and on online marketplaces using the ubiquitous ‘filter system’ is too often a confusing and frustrating experience. In response, we have developed Traverz Conversational Recommendation, a preference-based product search experience driven by clever UX and modern AI and supported by a virtual agent. Traverz consists of a SaaS service backbone and a set of library components, delivered for plug-and-play integration to e-commerce platforms and on online marketplaces.
