Traverse Venture Partners is a real estate tech focused venture fund that invests in the transition to a more productive, efficient and sustainable built environment. Based on our successful track record operating as the strategic venture arm of a private real estate company, CCM Group, we decided to spin out and launch Traverse as the strategic investing platform for the real estate industry. We invest in companies that we can rapidly scale by matching them with the needs of our real estate LPs, helping them lower costs, increase revenues, and mitigate risk.
