TrakHound specializes in data analytics software for industrial machine tools using the industry standard MTConnect protocol. What makes TrakHound unique is that our software is open source which makes it a perfect candidate to quickly grow in the manufacturing industry. Our business model is based on data hosting using our cloud servers, support plans, and web application tools for advanced analytics. Our company is very product oriented and attention to detail is paramount. We have years of experience in the manufacturing industry and more specifically for machine tool builders themselves. We feel we have the most experience in this sector compared to our competitors which along with a great product gives us the edge. Our goal is to become the standard application for the increasingly dominant MTConnect protocol much like Apache is to HTTP. The Industrial Internet of Things is quickly becoming a standard among manufacturers and we plan to lead the way in the machine tool sector. TrakHound is currently a bootstrap startup and is finishing up on the development phase for our MVP (Minimum Viable Product). We have gathered a fairly large following of users within our sector and plan to expand that with our next releases.
