We are a 501(c)(3) non for profit that has been designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a Public Charity. Our company, Training Educating And Motivating, Inc. (TEAM) is dedicated to working with veteran's and ex offenders in teaching them trades through a group of volunteered businessmen that will allow them to make a sustainable wage rather than minimum wage. Once one of our clients graduate our program, we have employers that are willing to hire them. TEAM also will locate housing for any of our clients that are having a hard time due to their past.
