We're building a subscription platform where athletes host private communities, sharing their exact daily workouts with paying fans. Members get authentic access to train alongside someone they admire. Athletes get recurring revenue (80% of subscription fees) without needing tech skills or complicated tools.

The technical challenges are fascinating: seamless mobile experience, complex payment flows with Stripe Connect, real-time community features, and App Store deployment. We're handling multiple revenue streams, user tiers, and content management - all while keeping the interface beautifully simple.
