Tracking information in a distributed work environment is impossible today. As documents evolve with feedback, it is painful to understand the exact changes between versions, and validate if all feedback has been incorporated. There is often too much communication without any collaboration.

Trackmemo combines changes across versions and user comments into a unified thread. Users can track documents, spreadsheets, and projects across the multiple cloud applications they already use. When a change happens they are notified in real-time on existing team communication channels.

Trackmemo is a freemium SaaS application. Our initial users are product managers and engineering managers in small and medium sized organizations.
