• Partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising efforts
• Support the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, especially across GTM and Operations

• An applier who sets the bar. You wire frontier models and existing agents into real product across the stack—and set the standard for how the team does it. You don't need to own the orchestration internals; you make them real in production, and you know which corners are safe to cut at an early stage.

• You've built agents that survived contact with reality. You've shipped agent systems into production at scale—designed the harness, picked the orchestration patterns, owned the evals, and lived with the on-call—and you have strong opinions on where to draw the line between prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval, and code.

• An applier, not a researcher. You take frontier models and existing agents and wire them into real product across the stack—shipping reliable automation rather than owning the orchestration internals. And you don't need every task to be an AI task: you take the highest-priority problem, model or not.

• Builder with an AI operator's instinct. You've shipped real product on top of LLMs—not just chat wrappers. You've designed agent harnesses, structured tools, written evals, and tuned prompts against production traces. You think in capability, reliability, and unit economics—not just whether the model says the right thing.

• Entrepreneurial – You have a bias towards action, an ownership mentality and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.

• Workforce Management & Employee Relations

Serve as manager and primary point of contact for assigned employees on all employment matters, including onboarding, scheduling, timekeeping, pay, benefits, leave, and performance.
Hire, onboard, and terminate employees for the account, and lead orientation so every worker understands expectations, policies, and safety requirements before day one.
Conduct check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching, and make and carry out disciplinary decisions, keeping documentation that supports each employment action.
Investigate and resolve employee concerns using independent judgment, and build relationships that improve engagement, attendance, and retention.
