Torch careers

Torch is a suite of business tools that uses data mining, machine learning and AI (weak AI today, strong in the future) techniques to automate work, reduce cost, and help businesses become more efficient.

The number one problem almost every business faces each day is how they can increase revenue and reduce costs. Torch looks to tackle this problem through a software platform focused on analyzing, optimizing, automating many tasks throughout the business and provide solutions for these problems. Examples: help desk software that automatically answers customer questions, inventory management software that automatically handles purchasing based on accurate sales predictions, automated marketing that targets users in a personalized and targeted fashion, sales software that can properly qualify leads and provide data to the sales-person, even possibly following up with their leads automatically, so their time is used more effectively.
