Founded by Trude Henderson, our team is comprised of a mix of High Reliability Organization (HRO) experts, dental industry professionals, business development experts and technologists. Trude Henderson enjoyed a unique 30-year long career in the “high reliability” organizational cultures of healthcare and nuclear aerospace sectors – ones in which the highest focus and consistency are critical. ToothFairy evolved while consulting and applying HRO concepts in the dental industry. The result was an evolution of integrated processes and tools that helped her clients achieve record-setting growth, earning sales and service excellence awards. Although these practices helped both increase revenues and decrease missed opportunities, Trude realized that there was an opportunity to use software to scale the idea and remove the burden of managing multiple applications.
