At Toolbox we believe the renovation market is broken - consumers are faced with a complex process that can be daunting and leaves them exposed to risk on many fronts. After our co-founder Tom was left badly burned by a rogue tradesperson, he and Craig (our CEO) decided there must be a better way and since March 2022 we’ve been rebuilding the process from the ground up.

Toolbox guides consumers through every step of the renovation process integrating technology into market that is ripe for disruption. Our design calls take place via our online platform to save tradespeople having to travel across congested cities to visit projects they might not win. Our cutting edge design tool allows for photo-realistic imagery to be provided to customers to help them envisage what their dream bathroom will look like and our online project hub allows for quick and transparent approvals. We’re not just about the technology though. We provide peace of mind to customer with our fixed price guarantee, we make luxury bathrooms obtainable with 0% financing on both the fixtures and fittings and labour parts of the project and we provide industry leading customer service.

Together, we’re going to change what the renovation experience is like for homeowners across the UK and then Europe. We’re growing at a fast pace and we’re recruiting for a number of roles across the team. You’ll be joining at an incredibly exciting time - we’re currently raising our pre-seed funding round and 2023 is going to be a year of explosive growth.

We pay a fair base salary and you’ll be given shares in the business to benefit from the success of the company as a whole.
