• Serve as the primary technical owner for all deployed PDU platforms globally.
• Maintain and manage approved PDU standards, product selections, and deployment guidelines.

• Creating and executing Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas and Status Reports and revising as appropriate to meet project needs and requirements
• Identifying resources needed and managing assigned resources

• Responsible for developing and implementing account-specific strategies and plans to maximize revenue growth across the product portfolio within assigned accounts.
• Leads the formulation of solutions based on customers’ business and technology requirements, and prioritizes activities and resources accordingly with the product and technical teams.

• Support add/move/change (MAC) activities across production financial‑markets networks
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer‑2 and Layer‑3 network services​

• Partner with Sales/Product to execute strategies for proposing, pricing, and closing opportunities in Comms Market.
• Facilitating client product requirements to combine with TNS requirements for final solution development. Partner with Product, Development and Architecture at TNS to drive solutions from ideation to deployment. Work with Product on all internal and external documentation.

• Deliver business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
• Be the leader in delivering value, strategic vision and product roadmaps for your designated products and services

• Team Leadership & Management

Directly manage a team of software developers, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Build and manage a QA function to improve software quality and reliability.
