Our solution is "Real problem solving through deeper-level collaboration". We have built a unique tool called “HelpSolv Planner”, that will be the connector between "neophytes" and "wisers". A simple planner from a "wiser" will break down the solution in several steps (as many as required) to successfully dealing with a problem, including required number of day to solve each step, and those steps will be scheduled into neophytes’ calendar, when subscribed. There will be reminders on specific days, time, months, weeks, and once those scheduled tasks are performed by the neophytes, they will be tracked by wiser, who will give their feedback. There will be public and private messaging/commenting too.
