• Owning headcount planning, forecasting, and budget tracking across the business, including approved roles, hiring timing, compensation assumptions, and changes against plan.
• Maintaining a clear view of cost of goods sold and supporting recurring COGS forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

• Drive and evolve CI/CD infrastructure for TimescaleDB, Toolkit, Data Tiering, and Tiger Lake, utilizing GitHub Actions.
• Own the end-to-end release process, focusing on automation so that releases become seamless and effortless for the team.

• Learning from and contributing to the design and development of TimescaleDB Enterprise, our on-prem deployment and management platform.
• Developing core product capabilities under guidance, including:

management consoles and user-facing tooling (React + TypeScript)
backend APIs and services (Go)
deployment workflows and configuration management (Ansible)
operational tooling for production PostgreSQL databases
and customer administration experiences.

• Prospect to CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and technical end users with insight-led outreach that challenges how they currently approach our specific problem..
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a defined set of named accounts.

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives across EMEA, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching in an insight-led, challenger-style sales motion
• Own EMEA revenue attainment both new logo and expansion across Tiger Cloud and self-hosted deployments, including TimescaleDB Enterprise as it becomes commercially available

• Lead, grow, and mentor a globally distributed team of database internals engineers. You own hiring, performance management, career development, and team health.
• Own team execution and set the technical roadmap with Product, owning prioritization, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.

• Identify, recruit, and sign systems integrators focused on data center design, construction, modernization, and operations.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized target account strategy based on SI market presence, customer footprint, technical capabilities, and project volume.

• Triage, validate, and remediate security vulnerabilities across products, infrastructure, and internal systems.
• Develop, maintain, and contribute to internal and open-source security tooling. Read and write production-grade code.

• Maintain stability of control plane consisting of a distributed microservice architecture closely interacting with kubernetes and cloud provider APIs.
