The Tiger Eye Security Sensor (TESS) is the first and only voice-activated wearable personal security device designed to actually deter crime and assaults. Disguised as trendy jewelry and trained to the wearer’s voice, TESS™ is activated when the wearer calls out for help in an emergency. It then links the wearer to a live monitoring agent who calls police or ambulance to her GPS location and warns the perpetrator to leave the scene. At the same time, TESS™ blinds the perpetrator with a bright LED and begins photographing and audio recording him/her, sending the data to the cloud where it can be accessed by law enforcement to help capture and prosecute the criminal—all while remaining in two-way voice communication with the agent until help arrives.
