TiE is a non-profit, global community welcoming entrepreneurs from all over the world. We believe in the power of ideas to change the face of entrepreneurship and growing businesses through our five pillars - mentoring, networking, education, incubation and funding. TiE was founded in 1992 in the Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs and is currently the world's largest entrepreneurial organization.

Founded in 1999 with Mr. Nandan Nilekani as its first President, TiE Bangalore was the first TiE Chapter in India and has over 1000 members and charter members from various industry sectors. With programs like Anthah: Prerana, TiE Leapfrog, skill-building workshops, mentoring sessions, funding clinics and networking meets, in addition to other annual flagship events, we are reaching out and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs.
