Just like you, we consider our pets family and would do anything for them. In fact, a shared love for dogs is what propelled our founders, Mike and Adam, to leave behind their Wall Street careers to launch Throw Me A Bone. It all started in 2008 when the financial world fell into crisis, and Mike and Adam began plotting their next move. At the same time, Mike’s papillon Theo was placed on a months-long waiting list at his local doggy daycare. Mike and Adam (the proud owner of a Toy Aussie Shepherd named Lilly), knew there had to be a better way to meet the demand for high quality pet care. They put their heads together and Throw Me A Bone was born.
