Thomas College is seeking a motivated dental professional to enter the role as Program Administrator, with an opportunity for school ownership! You will be responsible for working with us to coordinate the start up of a hybrid dental assisting program in your area. You will utilize our regulatory licenses/approvals, curriculum, and program materials. Your responsibilities: Recruit and oversee local clinical instructors Advertise the program and recruit students Maintain required provincial regulatory documentation Serve as a liaison between Saskatchewan head office and your local home base Support students at a local level Manage the clinical facilities Instruct and evaluate students during the clinical components of the program ​Qualifications/Education 3+ years as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or other dental professional Commitment to obtaining further training in adult education Self motivation Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Ability to meet deadlines Detail oriented Strong leadership qualities To apply or discuss further please contact Jackie Weigel at 306-380-1127 or [email protected].
