THERMOAURA INC. is an early-stage advanced materials and nanotech company commercializing high-performance thermoelectrics for solid-state cooling and heat-to-electricity harvesting. Thermoelectrics are special semiconductors which can convert heat to electricity and vice versa. We market nanostructured thermoelectric materials in the form of powders and wafers for use in devices for cooling, refrigeration and power-generation. Our products are manufactured at our state-of-the-art ISO:9001 certified plant located in Colonie, New York. Our technology, NanoWave®, is a wet-chemical process which uses microwaves for scalable production of nanocrystalline materials at tons-scale with attractive costs-structures. We have first sales and products being evaluated by the market-leading thermoelectric OEMs.
