When it's required, we work extremely hard. Oasis is not a vacation. Because of this, we push people engage in deliberate self-care. Oasis aims to operate like a professional sports team. While you're here, we want you to do the best work of your career. To do this, we believe that you must take good care of yourself. As such, we offer unlimited / unmetered vacation days. We also force everyone to take a vacation twice a year and shut down the entire company for 10 days at a time.
