Office location is your choice

Our company is in London so our staff need to have the right to work in the UK. However, you choose if you want to meet your colleagues in our office in WC1V or work from home. The office has a large, sunny roof terrace.

Flexible working

We have an overseas working procedure. Staff who want to work in another geographic location for a finite period can apply to do so. This is based on trust and on our people being results-focused.

Home office set-up allowance

To support our remote-first staff to work from home, we offer a one-off £250 allowance towards setting up a workspace

Responsible leave policy

We want everyone to take a minimum of 20 days a year. We work closely together, we focus on targets and delivery. There is no upper limit to leave entitlement.

Allowance for meals for monthly company meetings

We offer an allowance for staff to order in a meal for our monthly company meetings.

Health and wellbeing is at the heart of what we do
