The Grand’s mission is to make the world a less lonely place.

We’re building a platform that provides group coaching to navigate transitions at the intersection of work and life. We believe everyone deserves access to a supportive community, especially when navigating major milestones and transitions.

We are a small but mighty team of good humans, founded by two former leaders at First Round Capital. We’ve fundraised from some of the smartest and kindest investors in the world, our lead investor is, Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six. We're proud to have a diverse and global community.

Why We Exist

Loneliness is the biggest health epidemic of our lifetime. One of the main reasons people are lonely is because they don't have confidantes to talk to about important topics. We design products and experiences that foster authentic conversation and create community and belonging. This results in people feeling happier and more fulfilled, and teams feeling more collaborative and connected.
