The Convo careers
The Convo partners organisations with an expert coach to offer one-to-one well-being sessions with their employees.
We have a three part approach:
Education - through workshops, presentations and email we produce insightful content pieces to help educate organisations and end users about mental health and well-being.
Activation - We place a coach within a workplace on a routine schedule (ideally once a week) where employees can book a session with a Convo Coach. These sessions are completely confidential (right from the booking process) and it is up to the individual how they want to use this time.
Evaluation - we conduct quarterly surveys within the organisation to evaluate the general well-being of the organisation, and of course to understand what impact our services are having.
