The Yogatailor platform allows users to specify goals such as "I want to sleep better" , "reduce stress", "increase flexibility" etc. Based on that, an instructor-led 5 day video/audio program is then created with proven meditation, breathing & yoga exercises for the user to follow. We tailor to injuries, time constraints & skill level, making each experience unique. What’s more, yogatailor grows with you - adjusting the program based on user performance. Think of us as your personalized pocket guru.
We also have a (now) popular Chrome extension called PRESENT. It replaces your new tab with a mindfulness reminder along with inspirational quotes and water intake reminder.
