The Violet Society careers

The Violet Society is a unique career mentorship community for ambitious female and non-binary people. Our mission is to close the gender gap in business leadership, starting with the tech industry, by facilitating tight-knit, lifelong relationships with peers at every career stage.

We’re inspired by feminist communities like The Wing & Girlboss but our long-term vision is to build a global pipeline of talent that helps more underrepresented people make it to the top of their industry and prevents ambitious people from leaving tech.

We have an NPS of 76 and grew our revenue > 4X in the past year without outside investment.

The Violet Society is named after Violet Baudelaire from A Series of Unfortunate Events. Like the character, members are inventive, creative, and resourceful problem-solvers. Members are encouraged to create things and share them with the community in a supportive and helpful environment.
