The Scoutr is a peer-to-peer, "share economy" platform that enables Creatives (filmmakers, photographers, television directors, music video directs, etc.) to rent property (residences, small businesses, automobiles, boats) from the public for use in commercial and art projects. It is designed specifically to facilitate location scouting and prop sourcing online.
