The Refinery attacks the problem of under-funded
women-led and minority companies in a powerful and intensive way:

Education - The Winter Boost 3 month program is designed to turn startups into companies. Companies leave with a funding and growth strategy that is supported by an engaged group of investors/mentors and advisors.

Mentoring - The Refinery provides a platform and infrastructure for personally matching 90+ highly experienced mentors with companies.

Visibility - The Refinery's unique and powerful pitch opportunities provide one on one exposure with real investors.
