The People Project careers

The People Project is a sophisticate talent database (and social network) for progressive and Democratic talent.

Over the past 20 years, we've seen Democrats and progressives invest in big data, polling, voter ID, advertising, but neglect the most important element -- people.

By bringing together talent that is diverse, technologically skilled, smart and centralized, we bring value to the private sector and public sector.

There is currently no place to gather people in one central location to both give them access to opportunities and give our clients access to great people. Once the campaign is over, the administration turns out the light, people disperse and scatter. Let's change that.

The talent and data would be valuable to private sector, tech sectors, sectors seeking diversity, and specialized skills and subject matter experts.

Clients would be nonprofits, associations, committees, corporations, campaigns, government and special interest organizations.
