We have acquired a 300+ year old historic rice plantation in Georgetown, SC. This 168 acre property currently houses historic structures (including an amazing manor house) and an operating 18 hole golf course. Due to the poor local economic conditions this property has been severly under utilized. It is our intent to create a new brand with this property by creating a Vineyard and Winery as part of the Golf Operation. We intend to re-develop the entire property to be Organic. Our projections detail how for little development costs we can increase the current value of this property 10 fold while providing much needed jobs in the region as well producing some healthy high quality wine.

We feel our redevelopment strategy will be replicatable and we will seek our next distressed property within 24 months.
