Measurable and lasting results will increase in employee satisfaction, sense of belonging, cultural competency, and recruitment and retention of a diversified workforce and student body that is representative of the world's population with a proactive support system.
Vision
To help businesses and their people to have the necessary skills, resources, expertise, and motivation to identify areas of improvement and work collectively and collaboratively to pursue organizational change and growth.
The Kander Principles
1. Unafraid to challenge the status quo or be challenged in our approach.
2. We acknowledge that “power and privilege” are like energy. They can neither be created nor destroyed, only re-distributed. An uneven distribution is what creates oppression, inequity, and inequality.
3. We acknowledge our privileges and the lack thereof, thus bring a holistic intersectional psychosocial management approach to our work.
4. Our highest priority is everyone’s sense of belonging, and breaking systemic barriers and oppressive systems.
5. We incorporate lean principles into our everyday work.
