The Art of Perpetual Refinement is a 48 week curriculum (broken down into four 12-week semesters) designed to aid employees in the adoption of mindfulness. Each week for one hour, our facilitators become an integrated team member creating fun, engaging and interactive experiences...which is the best teacher there is!

Each unique session prompts a dialogue about current challenges in the office, encourages the active searching for solutions and gives each participant realistic tools to ease common workplace stressors.

The curriculum uses a myriad of scientifically-backed approaches that yield a team that has greater focus, cognitive flexibility, creativity, better overall health and much more!
