Culture and benefits at The Infatuation

Perks and benefits

Subsidized healthcare

Our healthcare coverage includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. We subsidize much of the costs, so each employee pays a reasonable out-of-pocket amount.

401k program

Planning for your future is important. That’s why we offer a 401K plan to all full time employees.

Stock options

Stock options are granted periodically to all full time employees. We believe in rewarding hard work and commitment to our mission by providing our staff with an opportunity to take an ownership stake in the business.

M.v.p. (minimum vacation policy)

We work hard, but we also know that time off is critical. That’s why we encourage every full time employee to take a minimum of 13 days vacation each year. We also close our offices during the last week of December to relax, recharge, and get ready for the New Year.

We eat lunch together

Lunch is provided Monday through Friday in all of our offices, and for remote employees as well. We also encourage people eating away from their desks and in the company of co-workers whenever possible, such that we may interact as human beings and spend time together.

Events and access

We’re social - and not just on Instagram. We host over 50 events every year, and encourage staff to attend whenever possible. Frequent company outings and offsites are also a great way to get to know your teammates better.
