Jobs at The Human Connection

Here in the Northeast, we have all the raw materials necessary for great cannabis to flourish: fertile land, ample rain, promising talent, and a long history of stubborn ingenuity. At The Human Connection, we’re making it more inviting for smart, creative people to get in on the action so that New England will one day be synonymous with world-class cannabis experiences. We advise farms, investors, and entrepreneurs on the finer points of starting and scaling cannabis-based businesses in the Northeast, the newest and most strictly regulated market in the country, including: licensing, finances & deal-making, equipment, staffing & HR, retail, sales, farm operations, and branding & marketing.
