The Good One is a design-led media company focused on how brands think, show up, and stay consistent as they grow. We work at the intersection of design, media, and systems, and we’re building this slowly and intentionally. We’re still early, which means joining now is less about fitting into a fixed role and more about helping shape how things work. You’ll work closely with the founder and have real ownership over what you’re responsible for, not just a small slice of a larger process. We’re looking for people who care about clarity and good thinking, who enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions, and who are comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage messiness. We prefer people who like building systems over chasing quick wins. This is not a high-pressure hustle culture environment. We value thoughtful pace, direct communication, and work that compounds over time. You’ll have space to think, experiment, and improve how we operate, not just execute tasks. Roles here are likely to involve working on real problems, contributing ideas and not just output, wearing more than one hat especially in the early stages, and helping define standards and ways of working.
