FIVE is a technology company that has created software that allows for powerful mentoring and networking at scale via mobile, AI enabled technologies. We are reimagining mentoring by creating the first technology-based Mentoring Operating System (MoS) for talented students from some of the toughest backgrounds across the United States. In a scalable and innovative way, the MoS enables us to surround these students with adults who will advocate for them, support them and connect them to opportunities that can change the trajectories of their lives. FIVE does three things:
1. accelerates the success of talented young people by building and expanding their personal network while teaching them real-world, practical, usable skills,
2. enables a sense of purpose and tangible, measurable impact to caring professional mentors,
3. powers the future economic engine of the country by creating an authentic highway of human talent.
