The Dallas Entrepreneur Center (The DEC) serves entrepreneurs by providing a central location where they can receive education, training, programming, events, mentorship and access to capital. By offering a launching pad or "home base" to entrepreneurs in Dallas, we can help point aspiring entrepreneurs in the right direction for success.
