We are an early stage startup focused on creating a new technology platform and subscription-based OTT nonfiction content services for subjects of very high value, both for legacy information services and for pioneering new markets.  We will initially focus on three businesses: (a) licensing our technology platform to high quality information services and news media providers; (b) co-developing content with these providers using jointly chosen subjects and our state-of-the-art program format; and (c) a suite of subscription-only services serving high value, specialized content to high end users.  The company’s founder is Charles Ferguson, a successful entrepreneur and Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where the company will be headquartered.
