The Atlas careers

The Atlas is a free online community for state and local government officials who join The Atlas to browse case studies, follow trending topics and post questions to crowdsource ideas and advice. Since it launched in April 2019, The Atlas has engaged more than 25,000 local government leaders from 3,400 cities and has grown an average of 15% month over month. All growth to date has been organic!

Since its launch, The Atlas has also created 113,000 new connections between local government leaders and cutting-edge solutions and has facilitated online discussions between government leaders, nonprofit and industry partners about pressing issues like COVID-19’s impact on local budgets, ways to build trust with residents, and the importance of focusing on equity and inclusion.
