We achieve this solution with our marketplace, which is accessible via mobile and web application, where a business can post a gig request that is automatically sent to potential gig workers that satisfy the requirements (e.g., nature of the gig, job requirements, location, gig duration, proposed wage) of the gig. When any gig worker accepts the gig, a notification is sent to the business to filter and choose the gig worker that fits their requirements the best. Marketplace will be free of charge for gig workers, while we will charge a per gig commission for providing sourcing, initial screening, and customer service to businesses.
