I joined tericsoft two years ago in 2019 and I vividly remember my initial days as an intern. I had never written a single API code and neither did I have any experience with programming languages to call myself a programmer. Having joined just with a basic understanding of python language to now being a pro in multiple technologies, my skill set has grown exponentially. All thanks to Tericsoft and consistent support from the team. As an intern, I got a chance to work on backend technologies. By the end of my internship which also happened to be my last day at university, I was proud and happy to carry the much-required exposure in the backend domain. I am grateful for the kind of freedom and space I had to explore and learn more. Right after my graduation, I took the role of a full-time backend developer. Things changed for good and each passing day provided me with an opportunity to learn and work in different technologies. The team’s constant support and guidance helped me overcome every single challenge. The senior developers have imparted their knowledge and were very much supportive whenever I needed it. The extra support and interest in my career progression from the leadership team allowed me to grab the backend lead position in an early stage of my career. I am extremely glad and grateful that I joined Tericsoft. This place helped me grow since Day#1 and I know that this is not the end. There are endless opportunities here which will push me to grow and progress in my career.
