Tephra Labs contributors are a wonderfully creative, hardworking, and mission-aligned bunch! We work together because we fundamentally believe in the mission of Tephra Labs and Radius, and want to find ways to improve large-scale human coordination to address humanity’s most important challenges and opportunities. How we work as a team: 1) Mission-aligned & low-ego: The Tephra Labs mission is bigger than any of us. Whatever comes up, we can keep moving ahead because we’re here to make an impact toward problems that matter and that unite us. 2) Growth oriented: Each of us is constantly learning and growing. At Tephra Labs, we invest heavily in our personal growth and learning. We also make space for others to grow and learn. 3) Beginner mindset: No matter our backgrounds, experience, or skillsets, we are all beginners. We approach our work with humility, openness, and the knowledge that we will always have more to learn from and improve. 4) High quality execution: Good results are unacceptable. The Tephra Labs contributor group comprises many different individuals who engage in various different ways — full-time, part-time, DAOs, agencies, etc. 10) Remote-first: We’re a remote-first company, and our contributors are global!
