Tencent Overseas IT has the mission to empower Tencent’s rapid global growth with future ready, global IT platforms, applications and services. We are chartered to lead the Overseas IT strategy, architecture, roadmap and execution.

• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of high-performance AI infrastructure servers, storage servers, networking equipment, and software components in secure environments.
• Assist with hardware diagnostics, system functionality checks, and firmware updates as required.

• Pursuing a M.S., or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc.
• Experience in statistical analysis (probabilities, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, time series analysis, predictive modeling, A/B experiments, etc.).

• Proficient with at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.)
• Comfortable with Linux/Unix command line and shell scripting

• Driving Tencent Cloud products adoption, identifying customer needs and presenting product specific solutions in various business opportunities
• Guiding, training, and enabling the internal business teams and external partners on Tencent Cloud products knowledge and best practices leveraging relevant products in various customer solutions

• Participate in the design of CPaaS products, contributing to framework, function, and interaction design under the guidance of experienced product managers.
• Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for product decision-making.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials implementations, from initiation and planning through build, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources, while keeping the critical path visible and realistic.

• Develop overseas market expansion strategies, focusing on areas such as AI-powered gaming and gaming-driven AI technology iteration
• Analyze the dynamics of the AI gaming market to assist management in formulating AI gaming-related strategies

• AI & UGC Insight: Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging Generative AI and UGC technologies and partners, while assessing their potential impact on game production and player experience

• Lead frontline engagement with US and AI/tech or AI+ application companies to identify collaboration opportunities and establish long-term partnerships;
