Tempii was built for staffing agencies who fill job orders for their clients. By leveraging our platform, staffing agencies can find and notify qualified workers in their database, in seconds. That was our first version, after some early client adoption we realized that we needed to build in some core HR technology to make Tempii a more complete platform. That is where the applicant tracking system comes in. By having our own applicant tracking system integrate with the workforce scheduler, this provides staffing agencies the ability to manage their entire recruitment cycle; from advertising open positions, all the way to placing candidates and filling job orders. Our mission is to be a market leading platform for the SMB staffing industry.
