Roby is a conversational AI service hub that provides a single interface for employees, using chat (Slack, Skype...etc.) or voice (Alexa). Roby connects with the existing technology including support ticketing system, calendars, mechanical systems such as HVAC and lighting to create a truly smart office experience. For example, when an employee feels too cold, he or she can simply talk to an Amazon Echo device, Roby will interface with the HVAC system to blast warm air and change the setpoint instantly. Furthermore, Roby learns from users feedback to find the optimized setpoints to minimize thermostat battles. The results are an increase in employee satisfaction due to the fast resolution time. Because Roby is able to handle requests autonomously, customers have seen an average of 20% of savings in labor.
